Guide to buying a Bond wood
How to buy a Woodland Bond freehold.
1. Choose your wood:
We offer a wide variety of size and feature rich woodlands please choose from our online portfolio of woodlands for sale.
2. Register your interest:
Visit our website and send us a short email we can then add you to our mailing list and we will send you an introduction email with an invitation to visit the woods at your chosen location.
3. See for yourself:
We offer open days at most of our woodlands throughout the year, A member of our team will be on hand to show you round and answer any questions you may have.
4. Satisfy yourself that you understand the Woodland Bond and all it has to offer:
Having been to one of our open days you will have learnt a great deal about owning a bond wood but if you are unsure on any aspect please ask us or seek independent advice.
5. If you are happy with everything then commit to buy with a retainer and instruct your solicitor: at this stage we will class the wood as “under offer”.
The legal process will usually take about four weeks and on completion you will be asked to sign the Bondholders agreement.
6. Welcome to your own woodland and the wider benefits of the bond.
If you wish it a member of our team will meet you at your woods to show you how to access and use the facilities and some pointers on safe enjoyment in your wood.
